INSTRUCTIONS FOR FILLING UP ONLINE APPLICATION FORM Please read the instructions given below very carefully in order to fill the Application Form for the above mentioned examination.

उपर्युक्त परीक्षा हेतु आवेदन-पत्र भरने के लिए कृपया नीचे दिए गये र्निदेशों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढें।

Candidates are hereby informed that eligibility in terms of educational qualification, age relaxation, category, caste, etc. would be reckoned as on closing date.

अभ्यर्थियों को सूचित किया जाता है कि उनकी पात्रता और दस्तावेजों के सभी प्रमाण-पत्र दिए गए विज्ञापन के प्रकाशन की तिथि से पहले या विज्ञापन की अंतिम तिथि तक के हो।

ऑनलाइन आवेदन-पत्र भरने के चरण

Candidates should use their Mobile number and MHA Online Form E-mail ID for Registration. One Mobile number and One E-mail ID can be used only once.

अभ्यर्थियों को पंजीकरण के लिए अपने मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी का उपयोग करना चाहिए। एक मोबाइल नंबर और एक ई-मेल आईडी का उपयोग केवल एक बार ही किया जा सकता है

After registering, the candidate should always keep their MHA Online Form E-mail ID and Password secure.Candidature of candidates providing false information would be treated as Cancelled and would be liable to be debarred from future exams conducted by MHA Online Form MHA.

अभ्यर्थी पंजीकरण करने के बाद हमेशा अपना ई-मेल आईडी और पासवर्ड सुरक्षित रखें। गलत जानकारी देने वाले अभ्यर्थियों का अभ्यर्थन रद्द माना जाएगा एवं एम0एच0ए0 द्वारा MHA Online Form भविष्य में करायी जाने वाली परीक्षाओं से वंचित होने के लिए उत्तरदायी होगा।

Information filled in the Application Form of the candidate will be considered as Final MHA Online Form . अभ्यर्थी द्वारा आवेदन-पत्र में भरी गई जानकारी को अंतिम माना जाएगा।

Candidates are advised to note their Registration Number, MHA Online Form 2022 as it is essential for further processing and future logins

अभ्यर्थियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपना पंजीकरण नंबर नोट करें, क्योंकि यह आगे की प्रक्रिया और भविष्य के लॉग-इन के लिए आवश्यक है।

Candidates have to upload their scanned recent colour passport size photograph(Max Size 20 to 50 KB) , signature (Max Size 10 to 50 KB) in JPG/JPEG format only.

अभ्यर्थियों को अपनी स्कैन की गई नवीनतम रंगीन पासपोर्ट आकार की तस्वीर (अधिकतम आकार 20 से 50 के0बी0), हस्ताक्षर (10 से 50 के0बी0) को जे0पी0जी0/जे0पी0ई0जी0 प्रारूप में अपलोड करना होगा।

Candidates can make payment for the application form only through SBI I collect etc.

आवेदन-पत्र के लिए भुगतान केवल एसबीआई आई कलेक्ट से कर सकते हैं।
