IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Candidate Name: Roll No.
1. As a precaution for COVID-19, the candidate must reach center as indicated against Reporting /Entry time at center.
2. All candidates are required to download and carefully read the Instructions and Advisory for COVID -19 given with the Admit Card and strictly adhere to them.
3. Candidate is advised to check the particulars mentioned in the Admit Card carefully. Error, detected if any, is to be reported immediately to the Convener RPVT-2020 on Email- rpvtrajuvas@gmail.com
4. The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidate on the basis of information provided by him /her in RPVT-2020 application form. Your appearance in the examination is further subject to assessment and verification of furnished information and satisfying all the admission eligibility requirements as mentioned in RPVT -2020 Information Booklet.
5. This Admit Card and related details are in Five pages – Page 1 contains the Center details, page 2- “IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES”, and page 3 “ADVISORY FOR CANDIDATES REGARDING COVID-19” and Annexure 1 on page 4 and Self Declaration on Page 5.The candidate has to download all the Five pages.
6. Entry to Examination Center is strictly subject to production of your valid Admit Card of RPVT-2020 and Photo ID proof in original. The candidate is required to (A)- Affix the passport size photograph on university copy of Admit
Card as uploaded on RPVT-2020 online application form. (B)- Affix the same Postcard size photograph on the attached proforma and put signature at appropriate place in the proforma. (C)- Put signature at appropriate place on
admit card in the exam room before Invigilator. University copy of admit card and attached proforma will be
collected by Invigilator in examination hall or in drop boxes provided by the center of examination.
7. The Parent of candidate is required to sign in appropriate place in both the copies of admit card as an undertaking that they will ensure compliance of RPVT- 2020 examination rules. Candidates and their parents are requested to
read carefully the contents of RPVT-2020 Information Booklet before the examination.
8. The candidate is required to reach and report mandatory at examination center well in time on the examination date. No candidate shall be allowed entry in the examination center after 9.30 AM, whatsoever may be the reason
of delay. After 9.30 AM the doors of examination center will be closed.
9. Material to be brought by the candidate at examination center

( i) Valid Admit Card,

(ii) Attached proforma with Postcard size photograph affixed on it and

(iii) Any original photo Id- Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter id, PAN Card, Passport etc.
10. The candidate should not bring with him/her any of the barred article/item (already mentioned in the Information Booklet of RPVT-2020) at the examination center. Improper conduct and use of unfair means in the examination will entail expulsion from the examination and/or cancellation of candidature and penal action as per the rules including ban from future RPVT examination.
11. Candidate shall be provided with Black ball point pen at the examination center to write particulars on the cover page of Question Paper Booklet, OMR Answer Sheet and for darkening the circles of responses.
12. Candidate will strictly follow all the instructions issued to check unfair mean activities in the examination. Candidate will be frisked before commencement of the examination. RAJUVAS reserves all rights to verify your identity and genuineness by taking thumb impression, photograph etc.
13. The question paper booklet number and series code (A or B or C or D) have already been printed on the cover page of Question Paper Booklet. The candidate is asked to write the same question paper booklet number and series code (A or B or C or D) in OMR answer sheet in appropriate columns.
14. The Candidate shall not remove any page(s) from the Question paper booklet and if any page(s) is/are found missing from his/her Question paper booklet, he/she will be prosecuted and shall be liable for criminal action.
15. No candidate shall be allowed to use toilets in last 30 minutes of examination i.e. from 12.30 pm to 01.00 pm.
16. No Candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before concluding the Test.
17. No Candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination Hall without handing over the OMR Answer Sheet to the Invigilator concerned.
18. On completion of the Test, candidate must hand over duly signed OMR Answer Sheet to the Invigilator and take away only the Question paper booklet as well as the Black Ball point pen provided to him/her at centre.
19. Dress Code: The candidates are instructed to follow the dress code strictly while appearing for RPVT -2020 as mentioned in RPVT-2020 Information booklet: Light clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons, brooch /badge, flower etc. with Salwar/ Trouser. Slippers, sandals with low heels and not the shoes.
20. Candidate must preserve the Candidate Copy of Admit Card till the completion of admission process.
21. Candidate is advised for regular visit to University website www.rajuvas.org for latest updates.

ADVISORY FOR CANDIDATES REGARDING COVID-19:-

1. RAJUVAS will implement Social Distancing measures as per Government of India guidelines in current scenario of COVID-19 to ensure health and safety of the candidates. Adequate measures are implemented for safety of all without compromising the high standards, sanctity, and fairness in conduct of the examination. Candidates are also required to adhere to guidelines and new process for Social Distancing and hygiene to ensure safety & health of their own and fellow candidates. For safety purposes, It is strongly advised to candidates not to bring anything other than permitted items .
However, in case of unavoidable situation, there will be arrangement to store the belongings at centres at their owner’s risk.
Preparation at centre Standard Operating Procedures for implementing safety precautions and for maintaining required standard of hygiene are
being implemented.
1. To start from the Seating Area thorough sanitization– Including desk and the chair, all door handles, staircase railing, lift
buttons, etc will be disinfected. Wheelchairs (if present at the venue) will be disinfected before the start of examination.
2. Gap between 2 seats will be maintained as per guidelines.
3. Hand Sanitizer will be available at entry and inside the exam venue at various places for candidates and centre staff to use.
4. The hygiene will be ensured by the Invigilators in the examination room. They may wear the hand gloves.
5. It is ensured that all the processes are touch free to ensure Social Distancing norms. Candidate to reach centre as per the Reporting/Entry time at Centre given in the Admit Card to avoid any crowding at the centre at the time of entry and to maintain social distancing.

1. Candidate to check Reporting/ Entry time at Centre given in the Admit Card and to reach centre as per Reporting time only to avoid any crowding at the centre at the time of entry and to maintain social distancing.
2. Candidate and the parent should sign on Admit card properly.
3. Candidates will be permitted to carry only certain items with them into the venue.

At time of Entry
1. Candidates need to maintain a space of at least 6 feet from each other at all the time. Queue manager / ropes and Floor Marks will be arranged outside the centre, follow the instructions provided by centre staff.
2. Room number will not be displayed outside the centre to avoid any crowding at any one place in any situation.
3. Candidates will be required to sanitize hands by washing with soap and with Hand Sanitizer before entry in centre. Hand sanitizer will be available at various locations in the centre.
4. Body temperature of centre staff and candidates will be checked. Proper regulatory advisory with respect to this as per requirement will be followed at the centre.
5. Candidate should bring duly filled in Admit card as per instructions.
6. Candidate will be offered a fresh mask before entry. In order to stop chances of any UFM being used in the examination, the candidate is expected to wear the freshly provided mask at the centre. The candidate will be required to remove the mask worn by him/ her from home, and use the mask provided at centre only.

7. Candidate should bring Identity Proof and other documents as advised in Admit Card instruction.
8. Do not bring prohibited items to exam centre as there are no arrangements available for safe keeping your belongings.
9. At time of entry, the filled in Undertaking on Admit Card will be checked and centre staff will guide you to respective
rooms. Candidates are required to strictly adhere to instructions provided by centre staff.
10. Please observe that no-one will be denied permission to appear for examination, until he/ she violates the covid -19
directives/advisories of State Government applicable on the day of exam and instructions mentioned in the Admit Card.

2. Candidates are required to paste the passport size photograph is not pasted earlier and sign on the Attendance sheet after sanitizing hands with sanitizer.

After Examination

1. Completion of examination, the candidates will be permitted to move out in an orderly manner one candidate at a time. Please wait for instructions from invigilator and do not get up from your seat until advised.
2. Candidate must drop the University copy of Admit Card in the drop box or handover to Invigilator or the guideline issued by the Invigilator in the room. The candidate will be disqualified from the exam if he /she misses or fail to deliver the Admit Card either in the drop box or to the Invigilator.
