This has reference to your Online Application under CRP for the recruitment for the post of OFFICE ASSISTANT (MULTIPURPOSE) in Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRB IX).
Your call letter for Online Preliminary Examination, giving the date, time and venue address is available on the authorised IBPS website www.ibps.in from 11.09.2020 onwards. No hard copy of the call letter will be sent by post.
Please download your Online Preliminary Examination call letter and Information Handout from the authorized IBPS website www.ibps.in by entering your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth.
Please bring the following documents for appearing in Online Preliminary Examination failing which you will not be allowed to appear for the online examination:
(1) Call letter along with your photograph (which should be the same as that uploaded in the online application form) affixed on it. Please ensure that the photograph uploaded at the time of application is clearly visible on the printout of call letter. Please contact IBPS atleast 3 working days prior to your examination date if it is not clearly visible on call letter but appears properly in your application form.
(2) Photo Identity Proof (bearing exactly the same name as it appears on the call letter) such as PAN Card/ Passport/Permanent Driving License/ Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Photo identity proof issued by a Gazzetted Officer/ People’s Representative along with a photograph / Identity Card issued by a recognised college/ university/ Aadhar/E-Aadhar card with a photograph/ Employee ID/ Bar council Identity card with photograph- in original as well as a photocopy.
IMPORTANT-
i. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving License will not be accepted as valid ID proof.
ii. In case of candidates who have changed their name, will be allowed only if they produce original Gazette notification / their original marriage certificate / affidavit in original.
Please note that
(1) You have to be present at the examination venue 15 minutes prior to the reporting time. Late comers will not be allowed to take the test.
(2) *Taking into account the Social Distancing norms, email and sms will be forwarded to you a day prior to the examination specifying the exact time of reporting to avoid overcrowding at the venue.
(3) No candidate is permitted to use or have possession of Calculators, Mobile Phones, Pagers or any other communication devices in the Examination Hall. Mobile phones to be submitted at designated place after Aarogya Setu status check. To avoid cancellation of candidature and any other action as decided by IBPS, candidates are advised in their own interest not to bring any of the banned items (as mentioned in the detailed advertisement) to the venue of examination.
(4) A candidate will not be permitted to leave the examination hall till the time for the test is over and/ or permission to leave the examination hall is given by the test administrator.
(5) Candidates are advised to adhere to the instructions related to social distancing norms and other exam related instructions as mentioned in the detailed advertisement/ information handout/ call letter.
