5 Those who applied against advt no. F.20(504)/HR/CHO/ recruitment/2019/ 898 Dated 16-05-2019 and are otherwise eligible to apply against this advt. shall be given two years relaxation in upper age limit.

NOTE:-

Candidates are required to deposit requisite application fee for the applied post through E-Mitra. E-Mitra shall charge an additional INR 60/- over and above the application fee for application processing, which is payable to E mitra.
Candidates who has earlier applied for the post of CHO in reference with advt. No: F.20(504)/HR/CHO recruitment/2019/ 898 dated 16-05-2019 and deposited application fees, their application fees will be adjusted subject to submission of Application ID and Date of Birth of old application form. However the E-Mitra shall charge an additional INR 60/- over and above the application fee for application processing.
The candidates who have earlier applied (for the position of the contractual CHO in ref. with adv. no. F. 20(504)/HR/CHO/ recruitment/2019/898 Dated 16-05-2019 and deposited application fees) and are using general user link instead of E-Mitra Services need not to pay E-Mitra Charges
